Quick note...we had our first realtor call and want to show our house today. We got the call at 2:45pm and they wanted to walk through at 3:30pm. Fortunately the house was pretty much cleaned up so tidied up a bit and got the kids up from nap so we could get out of the house. Apparently the realtor has another family who wants to walk through the house another time as well. The more 'traffic' the better we suppose! We will keep you posted!
